KIM
Born in Tokyo, Jean-Michel Kim studied piano with Jacques Rouvier, Hortense Cartier-Bresson, Théodore Paraskivesco, chamber music with Haruko Ueda, vocal accompaniment with Anne Le Bozec.
First prize at the 11th Lagny International Piano Competition in 2017.
Semi-finalist at the 4th BNDES International Piano Competition of Rio de Janeiro in 2014, 2nd Chopin Prize of the International Piano Competition of Brest in 2013, he regularly performs in France and in Japan.
He is a laureate of the Banque Populaire Foundation in duet with the violinist Keisuke Tsushima.
